Designing is one of priority areas for us, therefore we offer two variants of detailed documentation development:
1. Development of documentation for technical upgrading of facilities (sites) in the scope sufficient and necessary for undergoing the industrial safety expert review in accordance with 116-FZ dated 21/07/1997 and carrying out construction and installation, and start-up and adjustment operations, and complying with the requirements of Orders of Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service Nos. 232, 777, 461.
2. Development of documentation for technical upgrading of light oil product loading installation in the scope sufficient and necessary for undergoing the industrial safety expert review in accordance with 116-FZ dated 21/07/1997 and carrying out construction and installation, and start-up and adjustment operations.
We tackle the following tasks:
· carrying out design and survey works aimed at technical upgrade and renovation of facilities, including routine calculations during oil tank farm designing (all the existing standards being complied with);
· carrying out routine construction and installation, and start-up and adjustment operations when the required equipment has been selected already – pipelines, tanks, metering systems, cable lines and other utilities;
· launching automated systems u;on completion of the oil tank farm designing and subsequent operation thereof;
· development of all detailed documentation for the upgrade of the sites and oil product loading stations which should be prepared for undergoing the industrial safety expert review.
